Vince Zampella, Dies in a California Vehicle Accident
Vince Zampella, renowned for co-creating the globally famous franchise Call of Duty, has tragically died in a car accident in Los Angeles, California aged 55.
His passing was announced by Electronic Arts, which owns Respawn Entertainment, the development studio which he helped establish.
The celebrated industry figure passed away following his car crashed and caught fire on a freeway in the Los Angeles area on Sunday, as reported by.
"This is a devastating loss, and our hearts are with Vince's family, his family, and the countless individuals inspired by his legacy," a representative from Electronic Arts stated.
